Points for Considerations

Scheduling Appointments.
To ensure your appointment date and time, we suggest you reserve your next service prior to leaving Picasso. For the purpose of scheduling a multitude of services or single spa services, we require a reservation received by credit card or giftcard.

Cancellations/No-Show.
If appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled please call 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Clients who do not honor our policy will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Punctuality.
We have our methods of scheduling down to a precise science to permit the proper amount of time to complete each service. Your promptness is greatly appreciated so our other guests are not delayed.

Staff Selection/Changes.
If you would be more comfortable or feel better served by another staff member – or if you would just like to get a fresh point of view – please let us know.

Children.
Please make other arrangements for children who are not receiving our services.

Prices.
All prices are subject to change. Prices also vary depending on each technician.

Methods of Payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Cash.

Gift Cards.
Picasso requires presentation of your gift certificate upon check-in. Gift cards are good towards any service or product purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Spa Packages.
Substitution may be made for spa packages and charged accordingly.

The Gift of Friendship.
Our guests are like family and friends. Ask the salon coordinator about our Refer & Receive program.

For Your Protection.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home. We also ask that you wear the provided smock for protection of your clothing when receiving hair and colour services.

No Smoking.
Picasso strives to ensure a healthful environment for our guests. We would appreciate if smoking is done only in designated areas.
